When I looked at this shot I found myself thinking wow, Jessica Simpson looks gorgeous. Fresh faced. Happy. Glowing. Great hair too and her outfit rocks - is she actually bang on trend? Leather jacket, cool scarf, studded bag, grey skinnies. This is progress!
And then I found this.
Amazing how one different angle can make all things change in an instant.
Hem your jeans Jess! Sure, a foot-grazing boot leg will make your legs look longer but if they're folding over on the ground, that's just plain sad. Here she was walking out of LA's hotspot Japanese restaurant, Katsuyas, with her mum and sister Ashley (looking way hotter, may I add).
Maybe if Jess, like everyone else but me, had the Shoe of the Season from YSL, she wouldn't have that problem. Surely her hems would lift with this platform!
I'm so in love with this shoe it isn't even funny anymore. In fact, it's getting sadder. Sure, I know that every cheap shoe shop and their dogs have done copies but it's not the same as real YSL, is it?
