So you can't afford to buy into the new shoe trend? Who cares! You can do this new look yourself.
Step 1: Head to Lincraft, Spotlight or one of those crafty stores. Buy a piece of shiny vinyl or leather (depending on your budget), about 10cm x 40cm.
Step 2: Cut in half. Glue a piece of velcro down the short edges of the fabric.
Step 3: Wrap one half around your ankle, and fasten with velcro.
Step 4: Wear a pair of open-toed shoes you already have in your wardrobe.
Step 5: Team with a cool mini, like Fergie and strut your stuff.
