Can't afford to buy new shoes? These gems are from the Chanel Spring/Summer 09 shows and they'd be so easy to copy. Simply buy some fabric in a tough finish (vinyl, thick lace, leather) and wrap around your ankle, then wear with your old strappy heels.
Easy! Cheap! Brand new look! DIY!
