Thick belts around the waist look fab, when worn correctly (remember this shot of Scarlett I posted a few backs ago).
But Paris doesn't know how to dress herself lately. I'm not sure what it is, but ever since she's been going out with Doug Reinhart (he dated Lauren on The Hills which is how I know he has his own private jet and prob why Paris likes him) she's just lost it even more than normal.
The silver sequin dress with thick belt, thick boots combo is tres horrible. It's a combination of things ... the dress has no shape, so going for a belt is correct, but more suitable would have been a thinner belt around the hips, blousing the dress over the top. Those boots would have looked great paired with denim cutoffs and a tee, but with an evening dress? The mojo is all wrong. The only thing on this outfit that does go with the dress is that headband.
Which is rather unfortunate.
